On April 26, 2013, at 11:43 pm, a black male suspect was captured on bank ATM surveillance footage fraudulently withdrawing funds from the account of a Georgia resident. Detectives from Senoia, GA, believe this suspect was involved in cloning the victim’s credit cards/ATM card to fraudulently withdraw these funds.
