On April 9, 2014, the suspect pictured below approached the victim at Quail Lakes Drive  displaying a black revolver handgun ordering the victim to hand over her wallet. The suspect is described as a b/m, between 20 to 25 years of age, 6’5 skinny build, one inch dreads, baby face wearing a black shirt and black shorts. The suspect had a distinctive Haitian accent.
