Roger Jamal Horne, 22, of Belle Glade, used a cane to stand before Palm Beach County Circuit Judge Ted S. Booras, who ordered him held without bond in the Dec. 26 incident at the LongHorn Steakhouse, 6841 Okeechobee Blvd.
