Palm Beach County Sheriffs Office is seeking the public’s help identifying a robbery suspect

On Wednesday, November 2, 2011, at approximately 9:40 a.m. the victim was walking near the Palm Hill Condos in the area of Haverhill Road and Forest Hill Blvd, WPB when the suspect asked him if he had a phone. Victim took the phone out to dial a number for the suspect. The suspect then put the victim in a choke hold from behind. They got into a fight struggling over the cell phone and the victim’s gold nameplate bracelet. The victim was able to put the suspect in a headlock when the suspect bit the victim in the back. The suspect fled the area with the cell phone and bracelet.

 

The suspect is described as a white or Hispanic male, 5’5” – 5’6”, 160 lbs., late 20’s to early 30’s, with full sleeve tattoos on both arms.  He was wearing a white t-shirt, khaki shorts and black shoes.
