On June 25, 2012, a sexual battery occurred at the Madison Chase apartment complex, in the area of Benoist Farms Road and Belvedere Road, West Palm Beach. The suspect accosted the victim from behind and stated he had a gun.

The suspect is described as a black male, late 20’s or early 30’s, with short hair and a receding hair line. He has a lighter skin tone mark or scar on the left side of his head. He was wearing a white tank top and black “basketball” type shorts.
