On Tuesday, December 21, 2010, at approximately 9:38 pm, deputies responded to shots fired in the 400 block of 3rd Street, Belle Glade. When deputies arrived they spoke with the complainant who stated that he just spoke with the victim and the victim stated he was coming over to hang out, with him. The complainant said approximately 10 minutes after speaking with the victim he heard gun fire near his residence. Immediately after hearing the gun fire the victim showed up at his residence with a gunshot wound to the torso. The victim was flown to Delray Medical Center. Condition is unknown.
