On Sunday, September 16, 2012, at approximately, 6:10 pm, deputies responded to shots fired in the area of Summit Blvd and South Military Trail, West Palm Beach. When deputies arrived they located an adult H/M shot in the torso. Two black males were seen leaving the area in an unknown direction.

The victim was air lifted to Delray Medical Center where he is listed in critical condition.
