On Friday, September 23, 2011, at approximately 2:24 pm, deputies responded to a subject shot in the area of Forest Hill Blvd and Haverhill Road, WPB. 

What we know so far is … there was an altercation between two individuals in the CVS parking lot at Forest Hill Blvd and Haverhill Road, WPB.  The altercation resulted in the victim being shot in the abdomen.  As the victim was attempting to flee he struck a tree in the parking lot.  The victim was taken to St. Mary’s Medical Center.  Condition is unknown.  Evidence at the scene leads investigators to believe drugs were involved.

The suspect is still at large.
