On July 28, 2012, black male and black female suspects were captured on Dillard’s surveillance video looking at men’s Polo shirts. The suspects realized they were being watched by a Security Guard and left the store. The suspects returned later the same day and grabbed 55 Polo shirts and attempted to flee out one of the side doors. Loss prevention personnel witnessed the theft and began to pursue the suspects. When the suspects realized they were being pursued they dropped the clothing and fled in a champagne colored sedan.

The suspects returned on August 1, 2012 and grabbed approximately $ 6000 worth of men’s Polo shirts. The suspects fled to the same car and got away.
