On Wednesday January 30, 2013 a Robbery by Sudden Snatching occurred at the Congress Park Apartments located at 3000 Congress Park Drive, Lake Worth. The juvenile victim was sitting on the steps in front of the office looking at his I-Phone when a black male wearing a red shirt, jean shorts, a large watch on his right wrist, and a Haitian flag bandana over his face, approached the victim from behind. At the opportune moment the suspect reached down and snatched the juvenile’s cell phone from his hands. The suspect then fled on foot. Surveillance video caught the suspect prior to the robbery in the same location.

The suspect, who was caught on video and pictured below, is described as a black male, short afro style haircut, approximately 5’9” tall and thin build. The suspect also has a tattoo of blocks and letters on his right forearm.
