On December 26, 2012, two armed suspects approached the victim, who was seated in his car at the east end of Vermont Avenue, Lake Worth, and demanded his property. One suspect struck the victim with his handgun. Both suspects fled in a tan colored, Lexus SUV, with a roof rack. The suspects are described as follows:

Suspect 1 – Hispanic male, 5’6” to 5’7”, 160 lbs., short black hair, 20 to 24 years of age, wearing all black. He has a tattoo of “561” on his right arm near the elbow and a “Polo” emblem from Ralph Lauren, on one of his forearms. (See composite attached)

Suspect 2 – black male, 5’7” to 5’8”, 150 lbs., has black short cropped hair, 19 to 20 years of age, wearing green shorts and a light colored shirt.
