On Sunday, July 8, 2012, just before 5:00 pm, deputies responded to a shooting in the 1600 block of NW 21st Terrace, Boynton Beach, Sand & Sea Mobile Home Park.

Preliminary information is an altercation took place between a 17 year old/suspect and his mother’s boyfriend/victim which resulted in a shooting. 

The H/M victim was transported by ground to Delray Medical Center. The victim was identified as Ketric Dames, B/M, DOB: 6/15/78 of Boynton Beach.  He is recuperating at Delray Medical Center.

 The suspect is JOEL FABIAN DAVILA.  He is a white male, DOB: 11-10-1994.  He is 5’6″, weighs 140 lbs. and has black hair and brown eyes (picture below).

Davila was last seen wearing a black ball cap, white and blue “letterman” style jacket, white tank top and jeans.  He may still be armed with an unknown caliber handgun.

HE SHOULD BE CONSIDERED ARMED AND DANGEROUS!
