Since December 2011 the Riviera Beach Police Department and the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office have investigated 4 business robberies (Fast Food Restaurants) where the suspect wore a President Obama Mask. The suspect is described as a thin tall black male usually dressed in black and armed with a silver semi-automatic hand gun.
