The Jupiter Police Department needs the public’s assistance identifying an individual wanted for an Attempted Bank Robbery at Wells Fargo.

The Jupiter Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance to identify an individual responsible for an attempted  bank robbery that occurred at 6735 West Indiantown Rd. (Wells Fargo Bank) around 12:55 p.m. on August 21, 2017.

The subsequent investigation has revealed that a suspect entered the bank and approached the bank teller, implied that he had a weapon, and demanded money from the bank teller.

The suspect left the bank without any cash and fled on foot last seen heading westbound.

The suspect was described as a white male approximately 50 – 60 years of age, with gray hair and gray beard, approximately 5’5” – 5’7” tall, small/medium build, wearing a white t-shirt, khaki cargo style shorts, dark colored boots, eyeglasses hanging from his collar, and a blue/green colored baseball hat.
