Greenacres Police Police seek help in finding kidnapping suspects who abducted man in Greenacres

Greenacres Police are asking the public’s help to find three people allegedly involved in a kidnapping near a commercial plaza last week. According to police, the victim, who was not identified, was walking back to his car near River Bridge Plaza on the corner of Forest Hill Boulevard and Jog Road on March 1 at around 2:50 p.m. when he saw a minivan driving toward the parking lot. The van, a 1999 or 2000 gold Toyota, had tinted windows, standard wheels and a small scoop over the rear windshield. The driver of the van stopped in front of the victim, and then two other men exited and forced the victim into the vehicle. The suspects took the victims’ rent money, and then drove the victim to the bus stop just south of Lake Worth Road and Job Road, where he was released. No weapons were used, and the victim was not injured. Police said the driver of the van was a black man who was wearing shorts and a T-shirt, and had a gold tooth and short curly hair. One of the passengers was described as a Hispanic man wearing a blue cap, a T-shirt, pants and tennis shoes. The other passenger was described as a black man was wearing blue jean shorts, a blue horizontal striped T-shirt, tennis shoes and had short, curly hair.
