On 11-17-10 at approximately 2042 hours the above pictured individuals entered the Target store located at 650 North Congress Avenue, Boynton Beach, FL where they chose an item to purchase at the electronics counter.  The two utilized a fraudulent debit card and used the PIN which belonged to the victim to make the purchase. The victim had the authentic debit card in her possession.
