Delray Beach police are looking for two women suspects in two distraction thefts to senior citizens at the Dollar Saver store on Saturday.

The thefts occurred between 5 and 5:45 p.m. at the store on Military Trail near Atlantic Avenue, police said.

The victims had their purses in the front of their shopping carts and one of the thieves talked to the elderly women while the other removed their wallets from their purses, police said. The victims did not realize their wallets were missing until they attempted to purchase their items.

The crooks worked fast, police said. By 6:20 p.m., the victims’ credit cards were used at the Shell gas station near Atlantic Avenue and Interstate 95 and again at Macy’s in the Town Center mall in Boca Raton.

The two female suspects were last seen driving a white four door vehicle, possibly a Geo Prizm.
