Boynton Beach police need the public’s help identifying a man who used someone else’s credit card information to buy $160 in prepaid cell phone minutes cards from Target last week.

The man was seen making the fraudulent purchase just before 11:30 a.m. on Oct. 12 at a Target at 650 N. Congress Ave. The victim lives in Jeffersonville, KY and was in possession of her credit card when the purchases were made.
