Boynton Beach Police need the public’s assistance identifying a credit card fraud suspect.

Police are asking for the public’s assistance identifying a woman who used a stolen credit card to buy more than $2,500 in merchandise from retailers in Boynton Beach last week.

The 24-year-old victim called police on July 12, after her wallet and cell phone were taken from her office on the third floor of Bethesda Memorial Hospital, 2815 S. Seacrest Blvd. That same day, her American Express credit card was used to buy $1,484 in Apple iPhone products from Best Buy, 550 N. Congress Ave. The card was then used to buy $1,114 in electronics from Target, 650 N. Congress Ave. Surveillance video of the suspect leaving Target shows her wearing a black shirt, blue denim jacket and light colored pants. She appears to be pregnant.

Anyone who recognizes the woman pictured here is asked to call Detective Daniel Dugger at 742-6818, Sgt. Frank Ranzie at 742-6132 or if you’d like to stay anonymous and be eligible for up to $1,000 REWARD call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-458-TIPS (8477) or text tips to tips@cspbc.com
