Boynton Beach Police is seeking the public’s assistance with any information regarding missing person Tina Lurie

BOYNTON BEACH, FL— 38-year-old Tina Lurie was last seen one year ago, after leaving her Poinciana West apartment on Old Boynton Road.

Her parents say she was living her boyfriend, Brian Williamson, at the time.

Williamson told police that Lurie left her apartment and walked across the street to a Target Store on North Congress Avenue, But police say Lurie is not seen on the store’s surveillance video.

Through tears at a Monday morning news conference, Lurie’s parents made a public plea. They are asking anyone who might know something about their daughter’s disappearance to come forward.

Lurie is the mother of a 5 year old boy and her parents claim they used to talk to her every day.

“There’s no body… so it just stays an open wound, and you can’t heal that wound. It’s a horrifying thing, I wake up everyday just sitting there with a picture and no body,” said Alan Lurie, Tina’s father.

Police say Lurie’s boyfriend was the last person to see her alive.

Although he is not an official suspect, police believe Williamson knows more than he’s telling.

He is sitting in jail on an unrelated charge of strong armed robbery.

Anyone with information on Tina Lurie’s disappearance should call Detective Montoya at (561) 742-6163 or Sgt. Paul Sheridan at (561) 742-6133  or if you’d like to stay anonymous and be eligible for up to $1,000 REWARD call Crime Stoppers at 800-458-TIPS.
