Boca Raton Police needs the public’s assistance identifying a woman who used a stolen credit card

Detectives from the Boca Raton Police Services Department are asking for help in identifying a woman who used a stolen credit card to make several purchases.  The suspect, caught on surveillance cameras, appears to be pregnant.

The incident began on August 16th when the woman entered the Bank Atlantic building at 6100 West Glades Road.  She’s seen entering the building and taking the elevator to the second floor, where she went into the Pro Travel office and removed the victim’s wallet from her purse that was in a bottom desk drawer.  Prior to entering Pro Travel, the suspect entered several other businesses pretending to seek employment.  After leaving the Bank Atlantic building, the suspect used the victim’s credit card to make several purchases at Target and CompUSA in Deerfield, as well as the Apple Store in the Town Center Mall.  The following day, August 17th, the suspect entered an office at 2101 NW Corporate Blvd and removed a secretary’s wallet from a desk drawer. The unidentified woman also stole checks and bank information from both victims and made withdrawals from their accounts.

She was seen leaving one location in a newer model red Ford Mustang with a white or silver racing stripe.
