On 10/16/10 at 9:16 p.m., Jose Diaz was struck by vehicle in his driveway as he retrieved items from his vehicle.  The vehicle that struck Diaz fled the scene and Diaz remains in critical condition at St Marys Hosptial.  Evidence left at the scene identify the vehicle as a dark green 1992-1996 Ford F150, F250 or F350 pickup truck.  The vehicle should have front passenger side damage and be missing the passenger headlight assembly.
