Atlantis Police Department needs the public’s assistance to identify a suspect wanted for fraudulent use of a credit card

Need to identify a Hispanic male, 25-35, yrs black hair close cut, mustache and goatee. The suspect used a credit card that the victim lost or had stolen at the Wal-Mart Forest Hill Blvd near Jog Road. Suspect purchased (9) lottery tickets from the Chevron Station 5965 S. Congress Ave Atlantis. Card was used at 2100 HRS , Tuesday 5/28/13. A second attempt was made by the suspect to purchase lottery tickets about 10 minutes later, however the card was no longer valid.
