REWARD

On Thursday, March 23, 2006 at approximately 6:45 pm., Discoverer was walking through the Forrest Oaks Golf Course near the club house, located on 144 Lucerne Lakes Blvd., at which time he noticed a w/f lying on the ground just outside the south door of the golf pro shop. Discoverer shook the victim and checked for a pulse. Victim sustained two gun shot wounds to the upper torso, she was pronounced dead by paramedics.

Female Remains

The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office is seeking the public's assistance in identifying the remains of a middle-aged woman found alongside U.S. Highway 27 in South Bay, Florida on April 18, 2005. The deceased is described as follows:

White Female
5' 0" in Height
Sandy brown / grayish hair
Distinct space between front teeth
Treated for Breast Cancer &
Radiation Therapy
Gold tooth fillings
Two scars on lower stomach
Pronounced bunions on both feet

FAU Arson

The FAU Police Department is requesting any information regarding an arson at the Arts & Humanities building on the evening of March 10, 2005.

MEDIA ADVISORY

The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office, Violent Crimes Division, Is Seeking the Public's Assistance in a 10-Year Murder Mystery of Teresa Russo.

Teresa Russo was a 23 year-old, white female, DOB: 7/2/71. The victim was living with her family at 11833 Greenbriar Circle in Wellington, Florida at the time of her murder. Teresa was a single mother of an 8-month-old daughter, Deanne Elaine Trias-Russo. Teresa was dating the father of her child, Humberto Trias-Burgos, white male, DOB: 7/31/69. Teresa was working as a clerk/bookkeeper at Barbizon Lingerie Store that was located in the Factory Outlet Mall, Okeechobee Blvd. Teresa had worked at this location since 1991.

Teresa Russo was reported missing by her parents on 2/28/95 at approximately 4:00 am. At the time of her disappearance Teresa vehicle, a 1994 teal green Saturn was also reported missing. Teresa was last seen on 2/27/95 at her place of employment, Barbizon Lingerie Store. Teresa was scheduled to work on this date from 2:30 pm until closing (around 9:00 pm). A security guard last saw Teresa as she was locking the front public entrance door of the business at approximately 9:00 pm. After work, Teresa was supposed to make the store's money deposit at a bank located across the street from the Outlet Mall, however never did. Prior to leaving work on 2/27/95, Teresa telephoned her parents at approximately 9:30 pm and told them she was going to be late coming home because she was going to take a friend home and get something to eat, however she never identified the friend.

On 3/2/95, Teresa's body was discovered in her vehicle in the parking lot of Scotty's Lumber, which was located on Military Trail between Okeechobee and Belvedere Road. Investigation revealed that Teresa had been shot multiple times while sitting inside her vehicle.

According to her friends, Teresa was family oriented. In addition, Teresa was described as very outgoing and always friendly towards others. In fact, friends stated that Teresa would often sacrifice her needs for others. Teresa's main concern was for her daughter, who was the joy of her life.

Currently, the investigation is focused on one person of interest and we are continuing to pursue active leads.

INFORMATION NEEDED

The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office is seeking information on the identity of a Latin male who was injured on Westgate Avenue in West Palm Beach on Tuesday, 6/22/04. He subsequently died as a result of his injuries. SEEKING INFORMATION

TOn November 20, 2004, PBSO recovered the remains of an unidentified black male in a canal in the area of 20 Mile Bend, Western Palm Beach County. This case is an obvious homicide. It is believed that the victim was in the water for a period of two to five days. The male is described as 20-40 years of age, approximately 6'2" tall and 170 to 190 lbs. The victim was wearing Old Navy brand blue jeans (size 36/34), a black belt and 1 black Nike sock. He was also wearing a black and white beaded necklace.

On 12/14/04, a PBSO forensic artist used photos of the remains to reconstruct a possible likeness of the victim. The Target Corporation is seeking any information leading to the arrest and conviction of the individual(s) responsible for two separate burglary / looting incidents that occurred at the West Palm Beach Target Store located at 1760 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd. during the recent hurricanes Frances and Jeanne. Investigators believe that the same individual(s) are responsible for both incidents since very specific area's of the store were targeted by the suspect(s), the same types of merchandise were stolen, and the method of entry and exit were identical.

The types of merchandise stolen were digital and 35mm camera's, digital camera memory sticks, portable DVD players, Sony Playstation systems and game cartridges, Xbox systems and game cartridges, jewelry, golf balls, power tools, DVD movies, music compact disc's, luggage and trading cards.

In addition to the Crime Stoppers Reward, the Target Corporation is also offering up to a $5,000 reward for information.



Theft




On Thursday, January 13th, 2004, at approximately 8:30 p.m., two black males entered Bealls Department Store, located in Royal Palm Beach. One of the suspect's walked to a display rack filled with "Ecko" jeans. This suspect then grabbed a large dollar amount worth of the "Ecko" jeans and both suspects fled the are
