Crime Stoppers of Palm Beach County recognizes the contribution of Clay Walker, Chief of Police - Manalapan Police Department, for his outstanding commitment to the program since it's inception in 1981. Chief Walker was instrumental in the organization of the Crime Stoppers program in Palm Beach County and worked with every President from Allen Cushman, the first President to current President John Shwiner.

Without the support of all law enforcement agencies in Palm Beach County, Crime Stoppers would not have had the success of being one of the top three programs in the world.
