Dean of Survivor Charter School, Carlos Jenkins, is recognized as School Administrator of the Year 2004 with the "Barry Grunow Memorial Service Award". Dean Jenkins incorporates the "Student Crime Stoppers" program into the transition of young offenders back into the school system.
