WEST PALM BEACH, FL-- Police say a man tried but failed to rob a PNC Bank Wednesday afternoon.
They gave this account: The suspect walked into the bank at 850 Belvedere Road and told the teller he had a gun. He demanded money but ran away when the teller said there wasn't any.
The suspect is described as in his late 20s to early 30s with short-cropped hair. He's about 6'2", weighs 240 lbs, and was wearing dark glasses, a long-sleeved plaid shirt, and dark gray pants.
