PBSO Needs to Identify L.A. Fitness Auto Burglary

On July 19, 2010, a burglary to a vehicle occurred between the hours of 2050 and 2115 located at 20443 State Rd. 7, in the parking lot of Mission Bay Plaza in unincorporated Boca Raton. An unknown suspect cut the convertible top and broke the rear driver’s side window on a 2006 Red BMW Mini Cooper. Taken from the vehicle was one brown leather purse containing one debit card. The Victim observed a suspicious white male walking around looking into cars. He was described as approximately 6’0 to 6’2" tall, 175 pounds wearing a blue shirt, blue gym shorts, white socks and sneakers.

On July 19, 2010, the victim’s credit card was used at the Mobil gas station in the Mission Bay Plaza located at 20385 State Rd. 7, in unincorporated Boca Raton. At 2116 hours the surveillance camera shows the alleged suspect that matches the description given by the victim’s statement above. The alleged suspect is a white Hispanic male 30-40 years of age with gray facial hair. The suspect appears to have tattoos on both his forearms. He was wearing a Kaki ball cap, light blue shirt, long denim shorts, white socks and sneakers. The suspect’s vehicle is described as a mid 90’s Red 2-door,"possibly" aToyota Tacoma pick-up Truck. The vehicle has a chrome running board and is missing a left rear hubcap.
