On Wednesday, November 18, 2009, the victim’s vehicle was parked outside an eating establishment located at Okeechobee Blvd and Military Trail, West Palm Beach. When the victim returned from dinner she noticed her driver’s side window had been smashed and her purse containing her cell phone, cash and credit cards was missing.
The victim’s credit cards were used at numerous locations throughout Palm Beach County.
