Deputies responded to a report of a shooting upon arrival they located the victim deceased on the front porch of 6345 Westover Rd. Deputies searched for possible suspects with negative results. Preliminary investigation detectives learned that the victim had moved into 6365 Westover Rd about a month ago neighborhood canvas showed the victim in some sort of altercation in front of the victim residence and then a shot was heard and then the victim fled on foot followed by an unknown B/M to the 6345 location and then 3 more shots were heard.
Due to lighting conditions the observers could not make out any facial features. The victim in this homicide has been identified as H/M JUAN DE DIO BOJORQUEZ ALVAREZ D.O.B. 07/02/1977
