WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - West Palm Beach Police are investigating the discovery of a body at the Palm Beach County Solid Waste Authority processing plant.
Police say the body of a badly decomposed woman was found Monday night at 6501 N. Jog Rd.
Investigators gave this description of the woman:
5’10’’ 130 lbs to 160 lbs.
Black/ dark skin Hispanic female
Unknown hair color
4-lower gold capped teeth
Double piercings (both ear lobs)
Several tattoos were found on the body: a Playboy bunny on the upper chest, a flower on the left wrist, theater masks on the neck, cat paw prints on the right foot, a heart with the name "Jermaine" on the right inside calf, cash bills on the right arm, praying hands with the name "Susie" underneath, and a rose with the names "Jermaine, Jasmine, Joyce" on the left calf.
Scars: Hysterectomy scar (Lower abdomen); Surgical
scar (Inner right ankle); Surgical Scar (Inner left foot)


Police did not say how she died.
