On 12/30/11 at 9:07pm, she used the victim’s credit cards to buy gift cards at the Lake Park Target store located at 500 N. Congress ave. She was seen in the below vehicle which appears to be a Nissan Maxima.
The victim has no ties to Palm Beach County.
