Riviera Beach Police are investigating an incident where a conversation between two adult males escalated into a verbal dispute.

Two men (who knew each other) were talking outside of a residence in the 2300 block of Avenue ‘E’ when the dispute occurred. One of the men subsequently pulled out a gun and shot the other man, who was standing at the door of the residence. The suspect then fled the scene on foot.  The victim was transported to a hospital by a family member.  His injuries appear to be non-life threatening.
