Riviera Beach Police are investigating two shooting incidents that occurred this afternoon. A Black male in his late fifties was shot in the 1100 block of West 31st Street at approximately 5:30 p.m. He was transported to the hospital by Riviera Beach Fire Rescue. His injuries are possibly life threatening. A few minutes later, a nineteen year-old Black male was transported by private auto to a hospital. He reported that he had been shot in the 1200 block of Avenue ‘U’. His injuries do not appear to be life threatening.

The two incidents do not appear to be related.
