The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office needs the public’s assistance with the Murder of Huber Minel Velasquez Sarceno

On September 18th, 2010, at 4:43AM the victim was found deceased in his vehicle from an apparent gunshot wound. This occurred at 4928 22nd Place North, West Palm Beach (Holiday Plaza Mobil Home Park). The victim was found deceased in a red four door Acura.
