The Riviera Beach Police Department needs the public’s assistance locating suspects wanted for the Homicide of Jeffree Pierre.

Riviera Beach Police Investigators are continuing their work on a Homicide that occurred Sunday, April 16, 2017, near 595 Silver Beach Road. A Shot Spotter Alert at 12:47 p.m. led police to respond to that address. On scene, they found Jeffree Pierre (DOB 9/9/98), who had been shot. Riviera Beach Fire Rescue responded and pronounced Mr. Pierre deceased on scene.

Initial investigation revealed that shots were fired as Mr. Pierre was talking with male subjects in two vehicles parked in the 10 block of Park Manor Drive. Mr. Pierre ran a short distance before collapsing near 595 Silver Beach Road. Both vehicles quickly left the area at a high rate of speed. Police also received information that one suspect vehicle was a white Honda Accord. The Honda Accord was later spotted being driven westbound in the 1700 block of West 13th Street. Police attempted a traffic stop, but the driver fled the scene and headed south on North Congress Avenue into West Palm Beach; then east on 45th Street before abandoning the vehicle and fleeing on foot in the 4000 block of North Shore Drive in West Palm Beach. Riviera Beach Police, assisted by West Palm Beach Police and Palm Beach County Sheriff Deputies, took the driver of the Honda, Nikobra Stringer, into custody after an extensive search in the area. Stringer was questioned as a “person of interest” in this Homicide, but has not been charged in the case. However, he was arrested on charges of Grand Theft Auto, Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Fleeing to Elude, and Resisting arrest without Violence.
