PALM SPRINGS — A 29-year-old man was found shot dead in his Palm Springs townhouse Sunday afternoon, and police are investigating the death as a homicide.

The body of Jacob Rogers, 29, of 303 Arabian Road, was found about 1:58 p.m., Palm Springs police said in a news release this afternoon.
