Two individuals were standing outside their vehicle which had broken down on the east side of W Sugar House Road when a vehicle traveling northbound crashed into both pedestrians and the driver’s side of the broken down vehicle.

Both pedestrians were thrown northbound. The suspect vehicle continued northbound and failed to stop to render aid. Based on the roadway evidence, it was preliminarily determined that the suspect vehicle is a 2009-2013 white Kia Soul.

The suspect vehicle should have their passenger side damage and will be missing the passenger side mirror, headlight and side blinker housing.
