On July 3, 2011, at approximately 2:18 pm, a checking withdrawal was made at TD Bank located at 4646 Okeechobee Blvd, Haverhill. The withdrawal was conducted at the drive thru.  This event was determined to be criminal and the signature to be a forgery.

On July 4, 2011, the victim responded to the bank and reported that the withdrawal was not conducted by her and requested to file charges against the suspect for forgery. 

Detectives are seeking the public’s assistance with identifying this suspect wanted for Forgery.
